德国利玛机器制造有限公司成立于1979年，总部位于德国南部的巴特乌尔察赫市，在德国西北部的贝库姆市设有分公司，在天津、纽约和迪拜设有全资子公司，现有员工近400人，主要产品和业务是四大领域：建筑与道路工程机械、自动化与助力搬运机械、金属表面处理机械、工厂化设计与装备制造总体方案等。
德国利玛是欧洲知名的金属表面加工处理技术装备的开发、制造企业，拥有世界前沿的钣金加工处理工艺和专利技术以及设备研发与制造能力。德国利玛的金属表面加工处理机械，可对几乎所有材质的金属板材进行去除熔渣、去除毛刺、清除氧化皮、打磨圆角以及抛光、拉丝等表面研磨处理。
德国利玛的自动化传送线、助力上下料机械和除尘设备与其主机一起，为用户提供了全套自动化金属板材加工处理生产方案。 随着2012年和2018年德国利玛分别对德国STEELMASTER和ERNST全部和部分技术产品的收购，德国利玛金属表面处理技术和设备种类更加丰富和完备，为用户提供几乎所有的金属表面处理的技术工艺手段！
作为德国利玛机器制造有限公司在中国的独资子公司，成立于2011年4月的利玛（天津）机械设备有限公司，基本建立起直接面对中国市场的服务设施和体系，为用户和合作伙伴提供样件加工、技术咨询、备件与耗材供应、人员培训等。
