Qualifier is a leading 2D inspection system for sheetmetal parts which are usually made on CNC laser cutting machine, CNC turret punch press, etc. The workpiece image is captured by an industrial camera, then the actual contour and nominal contour are fitted together, the deviation map will show all the details including,
